Manage mid-level donor program ($2,500-$24,999) to drive retention, growth, and pipeline development. Execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, perform donor research and segmentation, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), support campaigns and reporting, and collaborate across Development to move donors toward major and planned gifts.

Lead creation and operation of the LATAM PMO, manage regional strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, support Finance/Legal/HR and vendor management, oversee Brazil and Mexico entity administration, and manage Sao Paulo office operations to improve execution and organizational efficiency.

Lead and grow a major gifts program: manage a high-value donor portfolio, secure $25K+ gifts and 6-7 figure donations, coach a small team, optimize CRM and moves management, coordinate cross-functional stewardship and compliance, and drive strategic pipeline and revenue planning.
