The Senior Accountant manages monthly close activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement reviews, variance analysis, ledger maintenance, audits, and internal controls. The role identifies discrepancies, recommends process improvements, coordinates accounting projects, and mentors team members. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least three years of accounting experience, accounting software and general ledger experience, and advanced Excel knowledge are required. CPA certification is preferred.

The Staff Accountant will support accounting transitions for new acquisitions, record cash-related transactions and journal entries, assist with monthly close, reconcile balance sheet accounts, review ledger activity, identify discrepancies, and support audit deliverables. The role requires accounts payable exposure, at least two years of accounting experience, and intermediate Excel knowledge.
