Manage new product development and sustaining projects from quotation support through mold, equipment, process development, validation, pilot builds, and manufacturing transfer. Coordinate internal and external teams, establish timelines, track deliverables, interface with customers, gather requirements, review designs, and provide technical guidance on materials, tooling, automation, manufacturing, and validation. Supervises and develops production automation technicians in a regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment. Provides technical support for robots, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, conveyors, sensors, servos, and automated assembly equipment. Oversees preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment integration, documentation, safety, quality compliance, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with vendors and management while supporting employee training, equipment reliability, production efficiency, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Own delivery, profitability, customer satisfaction, and governance for complex manufacturing programs. Lead cross-functional teams and project engineers from quotation through validation, release to manufacturing, and sustaining support. Manage scope, schedules, risks, quality, resources, budgets, margins, change control, customer communications, and executive reporting. Mentor project engineers, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and support continuous improvement in plastics injection molding operations.

Manage mold procurement from quoting through production, coordinate tooling suppliers, estimate costs, track deliveries, conduct mold design reviews, implement tooling changes, and support customer design reviews. The role requires applying injection molding and tooling expertise while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Leads SMC’s Program Management organization and customer program portfolio from award through development, validation, manufacturing launch, and sustaining production. Establishes governance, processes, financial controls, metrics, risk management, and cross-functional execution standards. Oversees customer relationships, resource capacity, program recovery, continuous improvement, and team development while ensuring programs meet schedule, cost, quality, scope, and contractual commitments.

Supports the development, implementation, testing, validation, and improvement of manufacturing automation equipment and systems. Responsibilities include leading project teams, evaluating workflows and equipment layouts, coordinating automation suppliers, creating operating and maintenance documentation, executing IQ/OQ/PQ validations, troubleshooting, and implementing cost, yield, quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.

Strategic, hands-on HR partner for multi-site operations. Lead employee relations, compliance, talent management, performance and compensation programs; supervise and develop HR staff; manage workers' compensation and OSHA compliance; analyze HR metrics and drive engagement and retention initiatives.

Drive market planning, business development, and customer relationship activities. Prepare presentations, quotations, and sales documentation; support trade shows, invoicing, dispatch, and QMS updates. Collaborate with internal teams, visit customers and plants for technical support, and maintain quote/order logs.
