Lead U.S. commercial expansion for SmartThings Pro and SmartThings Energy by defining GTM strategy, embedding solutions across Samsung business units, negotiating large enterprise deals, scaling partner ecosystem and STAP program, and engaging executives to drive vertical growth and monetization.

Lead visual execution for paid ads, social, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages. Create UI animations and motion/video content, partner with Marketing and Growth, ensure brand consistency across markets, define visual language, and manage end-to-end production of motion-heavy digital assets.

Lead architecture and long-term evolution of the Cloud-to-Cloud platform, owning schema and API design, AWS cloud-native infrastructure, security-first designs, developer experience improvements, AI-assisted tooling integration, and mentoring teams to improve CI/CD, developer productivity, and system scalability.

Design, develop, and operate high-volume authentication and authorization backend services. Own projects across the SDLC, drive reliability, quality, and testability, work in CI/test-driven environments, mentor teammates, and collaborate across time zones. Hybrid role based in Minneapolis (3 days/week).

The role involves building and maintaining scalable cloud services, improving application quality, leading projects, and mentoring team members in a hybrid working environment.

As a QA Engineer at SmartThings, you will ensure hardware and software integration for IoT devices through manual testing, network validation, and bug tracking while collaborating with engineering teams on-site.
