Lead U.S. commercial expansion for SmartThings Pro and SmartThings Energy by defining GTM strategy, embedding solutions across Samsung business units, negotiating large enterprise deals, scaling partner ecosystem and STAP program, and engaging executives to drive vertical growth and monetization.

Lead design and implementation of backend cloud services for Direct-to-Cloud and Matter camera integration. Build low-latency, high-throughput APIs and event-driven microservices for live AV streaming and clip recording. Architect highly available AWS systems, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mobile, security and product teams, implement observability, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable consumer production systems.

Lead architecture and long-term evolution of the Cloud-to-Cloud platform, owning schema and API design, AWS cloud-native infrastructure, security-first designs, developer experience improvements, AI-assisted tooling integration, and mentoring teams to improve CI/CD, developer productivity, and system scalability.
