Own the SmartThings Developer Center documentation site, including Docusaurus customization, MDX components, versioning, search, analytics, and publishing pipelines. Write API documentation, SDK guides, and integration tutorials for developers. Build and enhance Developer Center features, maintain documentation quality with linters and AI tools, manage CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.

Lead the Hub Cloud Services engineering team developing scalable, high-volume cloud services and APIs for SmartThings hubs. Establish architectural standards, drive reliability and performance, mentor engineers, manage performance and career development, and foster a strong engineering culture. Direct cross-organizational initiatives, collaborate with international technical teams and engineering managers, and define team strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Develop and maintain high-volume microservices and core APIs for IoT devices. Responsibilities include managing device states and events, designing reusable device abstractions, supporting device onboarding and account integration, maintaining device-platform communication, and improving scalability, reliability, and performance for systems handling approximately 250 million events per hour.
