Supervise Accounting and Payroll Managers, produce accurate financial statements, monitor budgets and cash flow, ensure SEC and tax compliance, implement internal controls, manage debt and loan negotiations, and provide strategic financial analysis for forecasting and executive reporting.

Oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting for a multi-property real estate portfolio. Lead and develop accounting staff, manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, monitor tenant billing and collections, review vendor payments and capex, assist budgeting and KPI/variance analysis, and implement process improvements.

Lead development and execution of the company's technology strategy, overseeing cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI and digital transformation. Build and manage IT teams, govern technology investments and budgets, ensure regulatory and data protection compliance, and align technology initiatives with business objectives while supporting operational efficiency and scalability.

Manage monthly property financial close for assigned properties, maintain general ledger, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, analyze variances, compile reporting packages, post consolidated journal entries, review property accountants' work, support SEC tie-outs and ad hoc projects.

Senior Vice President responsible for developing and managing relationships with Independent Broker-Dealers and RIAs, driving new business and retention, expanding distribution for REIT and alternative investment products, negotiating agreements, and representing the firm at industry conferences. Collaborates cross-functionally to inform product positioning and process improvements. Reports to the CFO.

Prepare and maintain general ledger, produce journal entries and reconciliations, coordinate monthly property accountant reporting, assist with monthly/quarterly consolidations, support audits, prepare supplemental schedules and variance analyses, and assist with treasury management and other accounting tasks.
