Oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting for a multi-property real estate portfolio. Lead and develop accounting staff, manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, monitor tenant billing and collections, review vendor payments and capex, assist budgeting and KPI/variance analysis, and implement process improvements.

Create and maintain brand-consistent content across channels, manage digital asset and intranet systems, run Constant Contact email campaigns, train users, coordinate with agencies, track campaign performance, and support internal and external communications including press releases.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting, supervise Accounting and Payroll Managers, ensure compliance with tax and SEC requirements, implement internal controls, manage budgets, cash flow, debt and provide strategic financial analysis to executive leadership.
