Process and code vendor invoices, manage AP inbox and vendor records, enter data into accounting and workflow systems, execute vendor payments, reconcile voids, perform audits, resolve billing issues, and maintain electronic files.

Support monthly close and financial statement consolidation; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; maintain general ledger; coordinate property accountants' reporting; assist with SEC filings, audits, acquisitions integration, and variance analysis; produce internal and external financial reporting.
