Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, stage-gate reviews, prototypes, validation, and readiness for manufacturing while reporting performance and driving continuous improvement.

Administer bi-weekly Canadian and U.S. payroll, year-end reporting, benefits, retirement savings, and total rewards. Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts, investigate and resolve issues, ensure legislative compliance, partner with HR and Finance, and lead process improvements across payroll and HRIS.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements and variance analysis, maintain manufacturing standard costs, develop cost and financial models, lead budgeting, support audits, and improve reporting and financial processes while partnering with operations.
