Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, monitor recruitment metrics, support employer branding, and improve hiring processes. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and deliver a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Support development and maintenance of quality standards, perform incoming/in-process/final inspections, assist root-cause analysis and CAPA, collaborate with suppliers and production, support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, analyze quality data, and contribute to continuous improvement and automated inspection integration.

Lead product vision and strategy for innovative safety and EV charging products. Define roadmap, gather and validate feature requirements, support sales, perform market analysis, coordinate cross-functional launches, incorporate customer feedback, and drive product growth globally.

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, stage-gate reviews, prototypes, validation, and readiness for manufacturing while reporting performance and driving continuous improvement.
