Assemble components on a manufacturing line using hand and power tools, follow blueprints and specifications, perform mechanical and electrical assemblies, maintain productivity and quality, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced team environment.

Designs and develops mechanical products, components, and assemblies from concept through production. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, and bills of materials; applies manufacturability principles; develops prototypes; conducts vibration, load, verification, and validation testing; analyzes results; maintains engineering documentation; supports design releases and manufacturing transitions; investigates root causes; and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and suppliers.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports mechanical products from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating SolidWorks models and drawings, developing verification plans, building prototypes, conducting product testing, maintaining engineering documentation, supporting design releases and change control, investigating product issues, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field teams. The role also supports product transfer, design-for-manufacturability improvements, and root-cause investigations.

Own mechanical product validation and verification from test planning through reporting. Develop test plans, procedures, fixtures, and acceptance criteria; build and troubleshoot prototypes; operate specialized testing equipment; analyze failures; and provide technical recommendations. The role also coordinates laboratory activities, external testing, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and NPI teams to improve product performance, manufacturability, and test capabilities.

Supports established product lines by troubleshooting production and performance issues, developing product variants, improving manufacturability and reliability, reducing costs, analyzing warranty trends, coordinating corrective actions, and managing design changes through validation and production launch.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, monitor recruitment metrics, support employer branding, and improve hiring processes. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and deliver a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.
