Assemble components on a manufacturing line using hand and power tools, follow blueprints and specifications, perform mechanical and electrical assemblies, maintain productivity and quality, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced team environment.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, monitor recruitment metrics, support employer branding, and improve hiring processes. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and deliver a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Support development and maintenance of quality standards, perform incoming/in-process/final inspections, assist root-cause analysis and CAPA, collaborate with suppliers and production, support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, analyze quality data, and contribute to continuous improvement and automated inspection integration.
