Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve billing, claims, eligibility, authorization, payment, and denial issues. Research and correct unpaid/denied claims, use payer portals and practice management/EMR systems, document interactions, meet productivity and quality targets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and escalate complex issues.

Lead client engagement accounts across the revenue cycle lifecycle, driving implementation, process improvement, training, and revenue growth. Serve as liaison between onshore/offshore technical and functional teams, manage implementation milestones, achieve upsell/expansion targets, and maintain high client satisfaction through strategic relationship management and operational oversight.

Research, resolve, and follow up on clients' accounts receivable and healthcare claims. Process transactions per SOP, review aged accounts, appeal unpaid or denied claims, respond to correspondence, meet production and accuracy targets, escalate issues, and support collections and client/customer inquiries.
