Partners with senior leaders in Poland to align people strategies with business goals. Advises managers on performance, development, organizational design, compensation, employee relations, and engagement. Develops retention and employee experience initiatives, analyzes engagement data, supports global People & Culture programs, and provides expertise on Polish employment law. Collaborates with international HR teams across regions and works in a hybrid Wrocław office environment.

Partners with U.S. Engineering, Product, and G&A leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Coaches managers on organizational design, performance, talent development, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and team effectiveness. Uses employee feedback and people data to identify improvement opportunities, supports retention and succession planning, and collaborates with global People Partners across EMEA and APAC to ensure consistent employee experiences.

Generate qualified sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, conducting 60–100 daily outreach activities via phone, email, and chat, and supporting targeted outbound campaigns. Collaborate with Account Executives, convert qualified conversations into opportunities, and participate in ongoing product and sales training. The role is onsite in Somerville, Massachusetts, with opportunities for rapid advancement into an Account Executive position.
