Lead international channel sales across EMEA, India, and APAC by developing partner strategies, recruiting and enabling partners, managing AWS collaboration, forecasting channel revenue, and improving partner performance. Manage two channel managers, coach the team, coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, customer success, and product teams, and drive partner-sourced and assisted software sales growth.

Lead full-funnel demand generation for SmartBear’s direct go-to-market motion. Develop and optimize integrated campaigns across webinars, field events, content syndication, podcasts, surveys, and nurture programs. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, and regional teams to engage target accounts and drive pipeline. Track MQL, SAL, SQL, pipeline, ROI, attribution, and funnel performance while managing campaign budgets and execution.

Develop backend features for Swagger Portal, Catalog, and Studio using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with developers, testers, UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable code, unit tests, and documentation; participate in design and code reviews; debug and modify source code; and maintain test coverage. The role involves REST APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, performance best practices, and AI-assisted development.
