Lead analysis and strategy on public financing and policy to expand quality home- and community-based early learning. Develop financing pathways with government partners, translate implementation evidence into policy and delivery solutions, prepare high-quality briefs and presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement, coalition-building and organisational learning to influence equitable public funding and systems reform.

The Visual Learning Designer creates instructional videos, reviews early learning materials, performs basic graphic design, and supports online learning design using tools like Canva and Moodle.
