Drive new business and manage client relationships for promotional products, branded apparel, print and eStores. Deliver sales presentations, analyze market data to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and provide ongoing account management using CRM tools.

Serves as front-desk receptionist and office coordinator while supporting accounting tasks including billing, AP/AR, cash application, reconciliations, data entry, and month-/year-end close. Manages office supplies, vendor relations, scheduling, mail distribution, cross-departmental admin tasks, and ad hoc duties assigned by the Director of Accounting Operations.

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in executing client orders, ensuring timelines and project goals are met by collaborating with teams, managing orders, and assisting in administrative tasks.
