Drive new business and manage client relationships for promotional products, branded apparel, print and eStores. Deliver sales presentations, analyze market data to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and provide ongoing account management using CRM tools.

Lead month-end and year-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage cash/billing/AR/AP transactions, own inventory reconciliations and cost analysis, support audits, improve controls and processes, and assist ERP transition and testing while mentoring junior accounting staff.

Manage high-volume print and promotional projects from sourcing and quoting through delivery. Serve as primary client contact, oversee vendor relationships, logistics, inventory, and ERP recordkeeping, and drive process improvements to meet cost, timing, and client satisfaction goals.
