Serves as front-desk receptionist and office coordinator while supporting accounting tasks including billing, AP/AR, cash application, reconciliations, data entry, and month-/year-end close. Manages office supplies, vendor relations, scheduling, mail distribution, cross-departmental admin tasks, and ad hoc duties assigned by the Director of Accounting Operations.
