Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance. Own commission processing: calculate, validate, reconcile, and pay commissions, prepare statements, investigate discrepancies, support audits, and improve accounting and commission processes.

Provide day-to-day account and campaign support for assigned clients across field, retail, and B2B channels. Manage communications, onboarding/offboarding, asset and incentive management, leads/permits, troubleshooting, and compliance. Coordinate with field teams and internal partners (Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Legal) to track KPIs, spot expansion opportunities, maintain SOPs and documentation, and keep projects on schedule using CRM, dashboards, and project management tools.

Perform sales and financial analysis to support accounts and campaigns, build and maintain financial models and dashboards in Tableau and Excel, validate large datasets, prepare presentations for leadership, and support process and reporting improvements.

Lead analytics partner driving performance analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial reporting. Build executive dashboards, validate data integrity, optimize compensation and profitability, present recommendations to senior leaders, and partner with sales owners to close performance gaps and identify growth opportunities.
