Leads commercial performance analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and scenario analysis for client accounts and sales organizations. Presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership, partners with business owners to improve profitability and close performance gaps, and validates financial assumptions and reporting accuracy. Builds executive dashboards in Excel and Tableau while supporting responsible AI use and data security.

Coordinate IT department operations, including vendor and contract management, subscription renewals, spend tracking, invoice reconciliation, helpdesk ticket monitoring, SLA follow-up, documentation, dashboards, and cross-team logistics. The role supports budget oversight, vendor due diligence, process improvement, and ad hoc operational projects while working across technical and non-technical teams.

Provide day-to-day account and campaign support for assigned clients across field, retail, and B2B channels. Manage communications, onboarding/offboarding, asset and incentive management, leads/permits, troubleshooting, and compliance. Coordinate with field teams and internal partners (Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Legal) to track KPIs, spot expansion opportunities, maintain SOPs and documentation, and keep projects on schedule using CRM, dashboards, and project management tools.
