Tracks KPIs, expansion opportunities, offers, and product updates while maintaining SOPs, action logs, and program documentation. Uses CRM, reporting, project management, and AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance. Own commission processing: calculate, validate, reconcile, and pay commissions, prepare statements, investigate discrepancies, support audits, and improve accounting and commission processes.

Manage compliance cases using Salesforce, analyze data to detect anomalies, document findings, lead compliance calls, maintain client-field feedback loops, participate in system enhancements, and follow AI and data security best practices to support sales network integrity.
