Supports HR operations at a manufacturing site, including employee records, compliance documentation, BambooHR administration, ADP timekeeping, workplace incident coordination, uniforms and safety footwear programs, employee relations, performance management, hourly recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and workforce reporting. Partners with production leaders, employees, Talent Acquisition, and the site HR lead to maintain engagement, retention, and smooth daily operations.

Manages regional and global supply chain initiatives, supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, category management, cost reduction, procurement processes, supplier performance, continuity planning, and procurement infrastructure. Collaborates with operations and international stakeholders to improve material costs, delivery, quality, and supplier competitiveness. This is a fully onsite role in Dorval requiring bilingual French and English communication.

Conducts high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, technical, and skilled-trades roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and agencies; screening and interviewing applicants; coordinating hiring-manager interviews; completing reference checks; preparing offers; maintaining candidate records; supporting job fairs and onboarding; and partnering with HR and managers to meet staffing needs at Dorval and Kirkland facilities.
