Provides second-line technical support to B2B installers and partners for EV charging and energy management products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and communication protocols; managing RMA processes; answering technical questions; training colleagues; analyzing recurring customer issues; and collaborating with R&D and Sales on product improvements and documentation.

Build and maintain Java backend services, APIs, integrations, and React/TypeScript front ends for an energy management platform. Own a platform domain end to end, support hardware and partner integrations, troubleshoot escalated issues, and collaborate with product, design, firmware, app, and testing teams. The role requires strong backend engineering, cloud experience, event-driven architecture, relational databases, and the ability to understand full-system behavior.

Build and maintain Java backend services, APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems for an energy management platform. Own a platform domain spanning devices, cloud services, customers, and partners. Investigate incidents, provide third-line support, and collaborate with product, firmware, frontend, app, and testing teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Develop and maintain low-level embedded software and firmware for EV chargers and energy management systems. Design hardware abstraction and runtime modules, write unit and functional tests, integrate diagnostic protocols, and validate software alongside electronics, QA, and product teams. The role requires hands-on C and modern C++ development, embedded 32-bit microcontroller experience, Git, Jira, CI/CD, and Jenkins knowledge.

Provide technical support to EV charging installers and partners through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose complex DC charging issues by analyzing logs, measurements, configurations, communication flows, energy availability, vehicle interactions, and dashboard data. Guide partners through troubleshooting, resolve or escalate cases, document findings, collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Engineering, and R&D, and occasionally investigate issues onsite.

Provide technical support to installers and partners through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot software, connectivity, integrations, devices, networks, configurations, logs, and error messages. Support energy management applications and AC charging solutions, resolve cases, document solutions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with customer service, sales engineering, and R&D. The role requires clear communication in Dutch, French, and English and offers development into smart-energy and connected-charging expertise.

Lead cross-functional R&D execution for hardware, embedded and cloud products. Translate roadmaps into project plans, manage timelines, risks, resources and KPIs, improve processes, and align stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
