Provide 2nd-line technical support to B2B installers and partners for Smappee EV charging and energy products. Troubleshoot installations, debug hardware/software, analyze communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OCPP), collect customer feedback, and collaborate with R&D and Sales to improve products and documentation.

Own and grow the Netherlands territory by prospecting and closing B2B partnerships in the EV charging ecosystem. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline, analyse customer needs, propose tailored charging solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial wins while collaborating with local office and frequent client visits.
