Provide technical support to EV charging installers and partners through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose complex DC charging issues by analyzing logs, measurements, configurations, communication flows, energy availability, vehicle interactions, and dashboard data. Guide partners through troubleshooting, resolve or escalate cases, document findings, collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Engineering, and R&D, and occasionally investigate issues onsite.

Own and grow the Netherlands territory by prospecting and closing B2B partnerships in the EV charging ecosystem. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline, analyse customer needs, propose tailored charging solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial wins while collaborating with local office and frequent client visits.
