Lead cross-functional R&D execution for hardware, embedded and cloud products. Translate roadmaps into project plans, manage timelines, risks, resources and KPIs, improve processes, and align stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Provide pragmatic legal advice to support international growth: draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts; handle corporate housekeeping and expansion; advise on GDPR/privacy; manage IP protection with external specialists; coordinate insurance and risk management; and manage disputes and external counsel.

Lead the PMO and enterprise project portfolio, set portfolio strategy and governance, personally run high-impact cross-functional initiatives, improve PM methodologies and KPIs, and coach a small project management team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and organizational alignment.
