Designs, validates, tests, and debugs electronic PCB assemblies and test systems from prototype through mass production. Responsibilities include EMC and safety testing, prototype integration, test-script development, failure analysis, component lifecycle support, production test tooling updates, supplier documentation, and second-line production support. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure product quality, reliability, compliance, and performance.

Provides second-line technical support to B2B installers and partners for EV charging and energy management products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and communication protocols; managing RMA processes; answering technical questions; training colleagues; analyzing recurring customer issues; and collaborating with R&D and Sales on product improvements and documentation.

Build and maintain Java backend services, APIs, integrations, and React/TypeScript front ends for an energy management platform. Own a platform domain end to end, support hardware and partner integrations, troubleshoot escalated issues, and collaborate with product, design, firmware, app, and testing teams. The role requires strong backend engineering, cloud experience, event-driven architecture, relational databases, and the ability to understand full-system behavior.
