Drive profitable growth for SMA America's utility-scale solar and battery energy storage solutions across an assigned territory. Manage key accounts, build senior-level relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers and utilities, develop strategic sales and business cases, maintain pipeline in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, and travel domestically and to SMA headquarters as needed.

Coordinates spare-parts deliveries and returns for engineers and customers across North America. Tracks shipments, resolves delays and freight discrepancies, collaborates with warehouses, carriers, purchasing, transportation, and logistics partners, maintains field service databases, prepares weekly inventory and repair reports, and supports cycle counts and annual inventory processes.

Lead design, integration, and operation of site-level SCADA and communications for utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid plants. Architect M2M communications, OT networks, secure connectivity, protocol configuration, and NERC CIP compliance while supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-functional teams.

Serve as subject-matter expert for modeling and grid-integration analysis of utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid plants. Perform dynamic and steady-state simulations, validate inverter-based resource behavior, interpret ISO/TSO interconnection requirements, produce technical reports, support model portfolio management across PSS/E, PSCAD, TSAT, and coordinate with global teams and industry working groups.
