Provide in-office administrative and project support for the Melbourne and Brisbane offices: reception, phone, mail, supplies, events, vehicle/equipment coordination, finance tasks (POs, invoices, reconciliations), H&S support, proposal/tender assistance, travel bookings, document formatting, and cross-team administrative support.

Provide landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) expertise across projects (renewables, urban, rural). Contribute to analysis, design, reporting, and integrated interdisciplinary teams; opportunities for senior project management or trainee landscape architects with mentoring.

Lead and support hydrogeological site investigations, water monitoring and data interpretation. Prepare conceptual site models, hydrogeological risk assessments, impact appraisals, groundwater modelling and EIA water chapters. Coordinate site works, supervise drilling and well installations, and produce technical reports while working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
