Acts as a strategic People Partner for North American business groups, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. Uses workforce data to identify risks and recommend actions, activates People programs, leads workstreams, supports transformation and acquisition integration, and collaborates with People Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Centers of Excellence. Provides coaching and mentorship while driving people-calendar activities and organizational performance.

Manage multidisciplinary environmental assessment, permitting, and compliance projects from proposal through closure. Responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans; coordinating teams and field programs; ensuring health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; communicating with clients; supporting regulatory applications; analyzing data; preparing reports; invoicing; and contributing to business development. Occasional travel and fieldwork at project sites may be required.

Lead an eight-month global programme to create a unified, risk-based supplier lifecycle and governance process for 2,900 suppliers. Responsibilities include stakeholder discovery, governance framework design, process mapping, technology selection, testing, data migration, rollout, ESG integration, training, reporting, change management, and adoption. The role coordinates Quality, Procurement, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Legal, Finance, IT, and regional teams.
