Lead bushfire hazard assessments and BAL ratings (BAL-LOW to BAL-FZ), conduct site inspections and spatial analysis using GIS, prepare bushfire assessment reports and management plans, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and provide mitigation recommendations for developments including BESS projects across the region.

Lead technical and team delivery of ecological assessments and field surveys, manage complex multidisciplinary projects, mentor staff, develop client relationships, support business development, and ensure compliance with NSW regulatory frameworks.

Deliver transport planning and appraisal work including Vision-Led Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans. Provide project delivery, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and mentoring. Support technical reporting, policy/appraisal compliance, project financial performance, and, at Principal level, lead business development and win new clients.
