Senior groundwater modeler responsible for hydrogeological projects supporting mining clients in Canada and internationally. Develops groundwater flow and contaminant transport models, interprets groundwater data, creates 3D hydrogeological conceptual models, mentors colleagues, supports business development, and provides client service. Requires advanced hydrogeology education, professional registration, extensive numerical modeling experience, programming skills, and willingness to travel to domestic and international project sites.

Partners with APAC business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. Advises on workforce planning, organizational design, talent, succession, leadership capability, engagement, employee experience, and change. Uses workforce data and insights to inform decisions, coaches leaders, and collaborates with People teams to deliver organizational effectiveness and high-impact HR initiatives.
