Lead and deliver ecological projects from appraisal to licensing, produce EIAs/HRAs/reports and licence applications, manage resources and budgets, mentor junior ecologists, conduct and oversee surveys, and support business development and client communication.

Deliver and manage bat surveys and mitigation for complex projects across sectors (power, mining, built environment). Conduct PRA, emergence/return, hibernation, GLTA, trapping and radiotracking; complete BER site registrations, EPSL licensing, mitigation, and technical reporting; supervise mitigation works; analyse acoustics data; liaise with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior ecologists and support business development and project delivery.

Conduct and lead botanical and habitat surveys (UKHab, NVC), deliver technical ecological reports and habitat creation projects, record and manage survey data, advise multidisciplinary teams and clients, mentor junior ecologists, and support project management across UK (and occasional overseas) sites.
