The Principal Research Engineer leads complex research projects on energy systems, provides technical expertise, develops strategies, and mentors staff while focusing on climate impact and innovation.

Lead and manage research projects assessing building decarbonization, energy efficiency, and equity impacts. Conduct primary and secondary research, field measurements, data cleaning and analysis, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and proposal development. Communicate findings to clients and partners and support securing new research funding.

The Project Coordinator will assist the Workforce Development team by coordinating training events and managing logistics, communication, and documentation, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
