Supports energy efficiency and renewable energy research and consulting for buildings, campuses, and communities. Responsibilities include managing assigned project tasks, analyzing energy performance and emissions, developing energy analysis tools, preparing project communications, conducting building audits and site assessments, and supporting project coordination. The role requires building energy systems knowledge, technical analysis, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Energy modeling, programming, building codes, and utility efficiency experience are preferred.

Leads large-scale energy efficiency programs for utility clients, including strategy, budgeting, performance evaluation, client and stakeholder relationships, technical project review, energy savings analysis, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and business development. The role manages vendors, contractors, trade allies, and internal teams while supporting innovative clean energy solutions and measurable environmental outcomes.

Lead and manage research projects assessing building decarbonization, energy efficiency, and equity impacts. Conduct primary and secondary research, field measurements, data cleaning and analysis, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and proposal development. Communicate findings to clients and partners and support securing new research funding.
