Sell multi-site, multi-year Robots-as-a-Service contracts to enterprise customers. Own full sales cycle, build C-suite relationships, create ROI business cases, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, navigate procurement/legal, forecast pipeline in CRM, and partner with post-close teams for deployment and expansion.

Lead the solutions engineering team from discovery through post-sale deployment. Support account executives on technical strategy, validate site feasibility and SOWs, translate site conditions into configurations and ROI, bridge Sales and Product/Engineering, and produce reusable configuration playbooks to ensure operationally viable, profitably deliverable solutions.

Lead development and execution of sourcing strategy across direct and indirect categories. Manage strategic suppliers, negotiate contracts, drive cost reductions via should-cost modeling and competitive bids, ensure material availability, mitigate supply risks, implement supplier scorecards, and build scalable sourcing processes and ERP infrastructure in partnership with engineering, manufacturing, and finance.

Lead end-to-end accounting operations including monthly close, revenue recognition for RaaS (ASC 606/842), fleet and inventory accounting, fixed assets, multi-entity consolidation, internal controls, audit readiness, and ERP transition. Build policies and close processes, manage a Staff Accountant, and partner with Finance and Operations on FP&A and inventory/fleet matters.

Conduct outbound outreach and qualify inbound leads to build pipeline for large shippers and 3PLs. Nurture prospects, track lead progression, provide marketing feedback, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales.

Maintain the master production schedule and SIOP cadence, translate sales pipeline into material and capacity commitments, plan multi-location inventory and safety stock, manage lifetime-buy and service-parts strategy, control inventory value/reporting, and partner with purchasing and finance to ensure deployments meet promised dates.

Design and develop mixed-signal electrical systems and PCBs for autonomous robotic systems. Specify components, perform analysis and simulations, create schematics/BOMs, support manufacturing, testing, debugging, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop and optimize path planning, trajectory generation, and motion controllers for heavy-payload autonomous mobile robots. Integrate localization and perception, validate sim-to-real behavior, implement obstacle avoidance and safety behaviors, analyze field telemetry, and collaborate across hardware, perception, and cloud teams to deploy reliable navigation in production.

Own the hardware-software interface for production robotic platforms: develop sensor and actuator drivers, manage communication buses and Linux configurations, integrate new hardware, monitor system health, build edge/cloud device management, and support field-deployed robots through diagnostics and validation.

Own and ship the perception stack for autonomous mobile robots, integrating LiDAR, cameras, IMUs and other sensors. Design detection, segmentation, localization, mapping, and sensor-fusion pipelines; build datasets and CI/CD for perception models; debug deployed systems on-site; collaborate with navigation, controls, and hardware teams to deliver reliable production performance in real freight facilities.

Own and improve manufacturing processes for robotic products, translate designs into scalable production, create work instructions, train associates, optimize throughput, reduce cost/defects, and support NPI from prototype to full-scale production.

Lead creative development for campaigns, social, web, and paid media; produce high-quality marketing and branded video; design graphics and sales collateral; maintain visual brand consistency; manage production timelines, asset libraries, and vendor relationships.

Lead mechanical architecture and design of autonomous mobile robots from concept to high-volume production. Own subsystem design, integration with electrical and software teams, improve electromechanical reliability, deploy cargo handling hardware, mentor engineers, and establish scalable DFM/DFA processes.

Design and execute comprehensive hardware tests, develop manufacturing test setups and automated test systems, analyze results to identify defects, collaborate with engineering to resolve issues, mentor junior engineers, and document procedures to ensure production readiness.
