Teams at Slip Robotics

Own daily assembly-floor execution, including production scheduling, technician leadership, staffing, throughput, quality, safety, ERP transactions, and finished-goods handoffs. Develop standardized work, training, certification, and cross-training programs while driving yield, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, and corrective actions. Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams on tooling, work instructions, defect resolution, pilot builds, and scaling robotics production.

Owns the full customer site lifecycle for autonomous warehouse robotics deployments, including site assessments, solution design, configuration, quality handoff, installation, commissioning, operator training, post-launch support, and issue resolution. Serves as the primary on-site customer contact, documents risks and gaps, reports launch status, and feeds lessons learned into deployment processes. Requires extensive warehouse operations knowledge, customer-facing training skills, commissioning experience, and 50–75% domestic and international travel.

Maintain the master production schedule and SIOP cadence, translate sales pipeline into material and capacity commitments, plan multi-location inventory and safety stock, manage lifetime-buy and service-parts strategy, control inventory value/reporting, and partner with purchasing and finance to ensure deployments meet promised dates.
