Serves campus store customers, processes sales and payments, receives and sorts mail and packages, manages outgoing shipments, delivers items across campus, maintains inventory and mailroom accuracy, completes billing and clerical tasks, and supports store operations. The role requires strong customer service, organization, physical stamina, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains and orders general merchandise across multiple locations, manages vendor communications and product records, tracks order fulfillment and cancellations, prepares vendor reporting, and supports store managers with inventory needs. The role also coordinates cross-department problem-solving, monitors shared communications, manages competing deadlines, and participates in weekly planning and progress reviews.

Coaches employees and executives on using Google Gemini and Google Workspace to improve operational workflows. Responsibilities include one-on-one AI coaching, company-wide workshops, video tutorials, documentation, prompt library development, workflow discovery, and collaboration with data and IT teams on privacy and security. The role requires translating technical concepts for nontechnical audiences, building trust, identifying efficiency opportunities, and staying current with AI and Google Workspace developments.
