Maintains and orders general merchandise across multiple locations, manages vendor communications and product records, tracks order fulfillment and cancellations, prepares vendor reporting, and supports store managers with inventory needs. The role also coordinates cross-department problem-solving, monitors shared communications, manages competing deadlines, and participates in weekly planning and progress reviews.

Cross-train across procurement, logistics, print, customer support, merchandise, and retail operations while supporting daily work. Assist with onboarding and training, lead operational improvement projects, track outcomes, and report results. Shadow managers to learn scheduling, labor planning, and business metrics. Travel 10–20 days annually to support store openings, transitions, and campus store coverage. The role emphasizes leadership development, operational efficiency, flexibility, and preparation for future management opportunities.
