Teams at Slingshot

Provide customer service, receive/sort/track campus mail and packages, fulfill textbook and online orders, handle point-of-sale transactions, and support store operations and team coordination. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and delivering packages across campus while maintaining organization and following processes.

Manage course materials procurement: source vendors, price and submit purchase orders, monitor orders and shared inboxes, communicate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain database accuracy, and support special projects and weekly team planning.

Owner of general ledger and month-end close, improve procure-to-pay processes, build automations and data pipelines, advise cross-functional teams, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and audit readiness.
