Partner with founders to build and execute the B2B GTM motion: own pipeline from first meeting to signed contract, implement CRM and pipeline reporting, drive sales enablement and B2B marketing assets, map accounts and stakeholders, build top-of-funnel outreach, and translate market intelligence into refined packaging, pricing, and materials to land enterprise customers.

Own Slingshot AI’s performance creative engine from concept and copy through production, launch, measurement, and iteration. Produce high-volume static and video creative using AI tools, develop repeatable testing systems, write performance copy, adapt campaigns across ad networks, analyze the funnel through payment, and source creators or UGC when useful. The role also sets Ash’s market voice, partners closely with media buying, and may build and lead a creative team.

Create, edit, and publish short-form mental health content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Appear on camera, develop scripts and creative concepts, manage social accounts, analyze performance, research trends, and run content experiments. Translate psychology and behavioral science into accessible, scientifically rigorous messaging while collaborating with creative, growth, design, and clinical teams. The role is full-time for six months, with potential transition to a permanent position.
