Own Slingshot AI’s paid social creative engine by developing concepts, copy, visuals, and creator briefs; running weekly A/B tests; analyzing media-buying KPIs; and scaling winning creative. The role establishes testing systems, audience insight libraries, creator workflows, and Ash’s visual and verbal market identity. It requires hands-on asset production, rapid iteration, performance-copy expertise, consumer subscription experience, and close collaboration with media buying, product, and growth teams.

Own Slingshot AI’s performance creative engine from concept and copy through production, launch, measurement, and iteration. Produce high-volume static and video creative using AI tools, develop repeatable testing systems, write performance copy, adapt campaigns across ad networks, analyze the funnel through payment, and source creators or UGC when useful. The role also sets Ash’s market voice, partners closely with media buying, and may build and lead a creative team.
