Partner with founders to build and run the B2B go-to-market: own pipeline from first meeting to signed contract, implement CRM and reporting, drive sales enablement and B2B marketing, build target account lists and top-of-funnel, map stakeholders, coordinate diligence/legal/security, and turn buyer feedback into sharper packaging and pricing.

Own Slingshot AI’s performance creative engine from concept and copy through production, launch, measurement, and iteration. Produce high-volume static and video ads using AI tools, develop repeatable testing systems, tailor creative across ad networks, and optimize the web funnel toward paying users. Partner closely with media buying, manage creative supply from creators and UGC vendors, establish Ash’s market voice, and potentially lead a growing creative team.

Create, edit, publish, and analyze short-form social content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Appear on camera, produce UGC-style videos, develop hooks and scripts, research trends, manage social accounts, interpret performance data, and translate psychology and behavioral science into trustworthy mental-health communications. Collaborate with creative, growth, design, and clinical teams while rapidly testing content concepts and formats.

Design, run, and analyze clinical studies (RCTs, observational, product-embedded, HEOR) evaluating AI mental-health tools; develop novel evaluation methods for conversational AI safety and quality; publish and present findings; collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and policy to translate results into measurable product improvements.
