Conduct financial, process, and product audits across banking functions (credit, liquidity, treasury, taxation, risk models); assess internal controls and regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines; prepare audit reports, present findings to senior management/Audit Committee; monitor remediation and recommend risk mitigations.

Oversee regional credit operations and portfolio performance across multiple branches. Review and approve credit applications, monitor portfolio risks and delinquencies, enforce RBI and internal policies, mentor branch credit teams, analyze credit data, streamline processes, and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Owns the architecture, development, performance, reliability, and delivery of consumer mobile applications using Flutter, Android, Kotlin, and native platform integrations. Leads complex technical problem-solving, builds reusable components, drives testing and CI/CD practices, resolves production issues, evaluates mobile technologies, and mentors engineers while partnering with product, design, backend, QA, and leadership teams.
