Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend microservices for a large-scale, multi-tenant banking platform. Balance functionality, performance, and maintainability; collaborate with Design, Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams; operate applications securely in AWS; own work from ideation through maintenance; and contribute to hiring world-class engineers.

Conduct video-based KYC verification, perform due diligence, validate customer documents in real time, and support smooth onboarding. The role requires strong communication and customer-handling skills, adherence to regulatory and internal policies, and achievement of operational metrics including completion rates, average handle time, and productivity targets.
