Supports technology recruiting by coordinating interviews, managing calendars and candidate communications, maintaining ATS records, resolving scheduling conflicts, and assisting with recruitment operations, reporting, and process improvements. The role serves as a key liaison among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Supports branch HR operations and the HRBP by handling employee queries, onboarding, transfers, exits, records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, reporting, engagement activities, and policy implementation. Coordinates with central HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Admin, managers, and employees to resolve issues, track action items, maintain confidentiality, and improve the employee experience.

Provides customer support through calls, chats, and emails; understands customer needs, guides users through product features, troubleshoots issues, and ensures resolution. The role also maintains knowledge bases, reports product gaps, shares feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and communicates new features. Strong English and Hindi communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability are required.
