Support Preconstruction marketing for western US offices by creating and managing proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables. Ensure proposal quality control, compose content (project descriptions, resumes), maintain company qualifications and assets, and manage small marketing projects using established templates and creative software.

Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of multiple construction projects in Wyoming. Plan and staff field positions, control schedule and budget via superintendents, prepare subcontracts and RFQ responses, maintain schedules, enforce safety and vehicle policies, investigate incidents, and use industry software (ProCore, Viewpoint).

Provide preconstruction services for alternative delivery projects: lead collaboration, scheduling, design/constructability reviews, value engineering; coordinate RFQ/RFP responses; develop conceptual through final estimates; assist bidding and subcontractor outreach.
