Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects: manage schedules, budgets, staffing, subcontracts, RFQ responses, safety, vehicle/equipment policies, incident investigations, and use ProCore/Viewpoint to support project delivery.

Provide administrative and project support including issuing and tracking purchase orders, contracts, submittals, invoices, lien releases, payroll/certified labor reporting, SWPPP and close-out documents, assist with bidding and office admin backup.
