Own end-to-end accounting for vehicle revenue, COGS, finished-goods inventory and LCNRV. Apply ASC 606 and ASC 330, reconcile deposits and inventory, perform monthly close, support audits and disclosures, build scalable controls and O2C processes, and participate in ERP implementation and UAT.

Lead and coach cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve product and manufacturing defects using structured problem solving (Six Sigma, DFSS, Shainin). Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automation and control systems for BIW/body production. Rapidly resolve PLC/robot/vision downtime, optimize PLC logic/HMI/robot programs, support running changes and upgrades, perform root-cause analysis, ensure safety-compliant control logic, and drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and documentation.

Lead controls and process engineering for coatings and bonding in an automotive brownfield production facility. Develop electrical and controls specifications, commission PLC/SCADA/robot integrations, support MES integration, improve OEE, and provide technical support to maintenance and operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.

Operate and evolve Linux server infrastructure, container platforms, and monitoring across IT and OT. Ensure site functionality and performance during experiments, troubleshoot CRO tool issues, maintain integrations with analytics, and collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to deploy tests effectively.

Lead and develop a cross‑functional Manufacturing Quality Engineering organization to ensure quality readiness for product and plant launches, drive containment and corrective actions, maintain QMS compliance (IATF 16949), lead audits and continuous improvement, and serve as primary escalation for manufacturing quality risks while partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, EHS, and Executive Leadership.
