Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered personalization across Slate’s customer journey, including vehicle design, accessory discovery, purchase, and ongoing engagement. Lead recommendation and discovery experiences, experimentation, metrics, and guardrails while aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, Growth, Brand, and Customer Service. Develop PR/FAQs, represent customer experience in company strategy, and mentor other product managers. The role requires strong product leadership across ambiguous, cross-functional, end-to-end experiences.

Leads Lean Manufacturing and industrial engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, improve quality, and lower costs.
