Lead end-to-end development and integration of exterior accessories and subsystems, manage cross‑functional teams, create design and integration plans, mitigate system risks, oversee validation/verification and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while reporting to senior leadership.

Perform NVH, durability, strength, and stiffness simulations for EV body, chassis, and closure structures. Build, run, and debug full-vehicle NVH and durability models, analyze results, recommend improvements, support CAE-test correlation, assist testing, apply DOE and optimization, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for Slate's digital customer experience. Drive design, code, testing, and delivery across web and mobile, mentor engineers, collaborate with UX/product, and make long-term technical trade-offs to ensure reliability and scalability.
