Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, including planning, risk management, integrations, process documentation, change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting. The role partners with business and technical teams, supports technology roadmaps, standardizes PMO practices, facilitates governance, and manages system implementations from requirements through hypercare in a fast-paced automotive startup environment.

Leads automotive material planning for service parts and accessories, managing analysts, inventory levels, safety stocks, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and expediting activities. Partners with SI&OP, purchasing, warehouses, 3PLs, and suppliers to maintain fulfillment while reducing inventory and supply chain risk. Drives continuous improvement, optimizes planning parameters, and supports lean, JIT, product launch, and engineering change processes.

Provides desktop, mobile, hardware, software, and remote user support across a corporate facility and remote workforce. Responsibilities include troubleshooting devices and network connectivity, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, managing user accounts and licenses, maintaining IT assets, installing software and updates, documenting incidents, supporting compliance, and improving service desk processes.
