Serve as a DevOps consultant bridging infrastructure and application teams. Govern monorepo integration, assess application readiness, coordinate onboarding, manage permissions, configure and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelines, validate releases, handle incidents, and maintain runbooks and documentation. The role requires Java and Maven expertise, strong communication, process discipline, and effective triage and escalation skills.

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and Agile team direction. Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to deliver product releases, manage blockers, align technical solutions with business goals, and improve products using market research, user feedback, performance data, and UX principles.

Design user-centered digital products for web and mobile platforms. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, style guides, design systems, and polished interfaces. Conduct user research, translate insights and business requirements into designs, troubleshoot UX issues, and incorporate feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, management, and customers to deliver MVPs and final products.

Lead architecture and development across Node.js, TypeScript, Java, React, and Vue stacks. Guide solution architects, scrum masters, and development teams; establish engineering best practices; collaborate with product and stakeholders on requirements, roadmaps, and delivery strategy; and lead small developer teams. Build and maintain highly available cloud applications using AWS, microservices, event-driven systems, Docker, CI/CD, databases, and automated testing.
