The role also supports customer onboarding, activations, training, documentation, RMAs, and Tier 1 mentoring.

Coordinate concurrent aerospace STC development programs by managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, documentation, action items, risks, stakeholder communications, and certification planning. The role supports engineering, program management, customers, vendors, and regulatory interfaces while maintaining project tracking and documentation standards in a regulated development environment.
