Coordinates concurrent aerospace STC development programs by managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, documentation, action items, risks, stakeholder communications, and certification planning. The role supports engineering estimates, proposals, compliance documentation, configuration management, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Provides advanced technical support for flight-following platforms, APIs, data feeds, satellite and cellular connectivity, and airborne hardware. Resolves complex escalations, analyzes network traffic and logs, supports system integration and validation, coordinates defect resolution with engineering teams, and participates in 24/7 AOG response. The role also supports customer onboarding, activations, training, documentation, RMAs, and Tier 1 mentoring.
