Assembles and tests electronic and mechanical components for avionics, flight data management systems, satellite transceivers, and accessories. Troubleshoots and repairs circuit assemblies and electronic systems, assists engineering, follows engineering and quality procedures, collaborates across teams to improve processes, and maintains health and safety compliance. The role is on-site in Kelowna, British Columbia, and requires strong technical and mechanical aptitude, hand-soldering skills, and the ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.

Administers and optimizes servers, networks, cloud platforms, applications, cybersecurity controls, backups, and end-user systems. Serves as the Tier 3 escalation point, leads infrastructure upgrades and deployments, manages disaster recovery and business continuity, mentors junior staff, and advises leadership on technology standards, roadmaps, and risk. The role is based on-site in Ottawa and includes after-hours on-call leadership.
