The Sales & Partner Engagement Director will lead sales strategy and team, manage commercial partnerships, and drive revenue growth at SkyNRG.

Lead and build the Operations & Technology function to ready, start up, and operate SAF production facilities. Oversee operational readiness, commissioning, startup, R&D, distribution and supply operations, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory alignment across projects and stakeholders.

The Project Counsel will provide legal support for sustainable aviation projects, focusing on agreements, financing, compliance, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Support commercial team by maintaining and improving CRM data quality, assisting partner operations (invoicing, reporting, certificate issuance), conducting market and customer analysis, enriching data sources, helping lead-generation campaigns, and tracking commercial performance to generate actionable insights and improve partner experience.

Lead recruitment strategy and execution across headquarters and project organizations in Sweden. Manage TA team, own the ATS (Ashby), coordinate cross-company hiring alignment, partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, run senior/critical hires, and drive continuous improvement using recruitment data and market insights.

Lead and build SkyNRG's enterprise architecture function, defining target-state IT/OT, data, integration, and cybersecurity architectures. Establish standards, governance, and secure IT/OT integration patterns across production facilities and cloud platforms, guiding major initiatives and embedding regulatory compliance.
