Manage TA team, own the ATS (Ashby), coordinate cross-company hiring alignment, partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, run senior/critical hires, and drive continuous improvement using recruitment data and market insights.

Lead and build SkyNRG's enterprise architecture function, defining target-state IT/OT, data, integration, and cybersecurity architectures. Establish standards, governance, and secure IT/OT integration patterns across production facilities and cloud platforms, guiding major initiatives and embedding regulatory compliance.

Support HSE team with research, documentation, risk assessment, and training. Assist drafting and standardizing HSE processes, translate technical concepts for wider audiences, and help implement safety practices across the organization during a six-month full-time internship.

Support People & Culture operations at a fast-growing scale-up: coordinate onboarding, assist HR initiatives (DE&I, engagement, L&D), analyze survey/talent data, and collaborate across teams to improve employee experience while handling confidential information.

The Project Counsel will provide legal support for sustainable aviation projects, focusing on agreements, financing, compliance, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
