The Sales & Partner Engagement Director will lead sales strategy and team, manage commercial partnerships, and drive revenue growth at SkyNRG.

Lead finance function setup and project-to-operations transition for a large-scale SAF production plant. Provide project cost control, CAPEX tracking, forecasting, monthly reporting, scenario analyses, and governance support during construction. Establish operational finance processes, support ERP implementation, ensure accounting, tax and excise compliance, and act as finance business partner to site leadership and Group Finance.

Lead process and technology integration for the SAF DSL-01 project: close out water balances and permits, drive HAZOP and safety actions, support change permits, advise on EPC variations, manage technology and utility contracts, support construction, commissioning and start-up readiness, coach junior engineers, and contribute to future Technology & Research scoping and process integration.
