Develop and execute local marketing initiatives focused on proposals, RFPs, presentations, branded materials, public relations, events, and content. Manage pursuit processes, project marketing, CRM data, vendor coordination, case studies, press releases, and client engagement activities. Collaborate with operations and regional marketing teams while maintaining brand standards, meeting tight deadlines, and using AI and creative tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Leads enterprise systems engineering across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Designs and operates servers, virtualization, storage, identity services, Azure, Microsoft 365, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security controls. Automates infrastructure, manages patching and access governance, leads modernization and infrastructure projects, coordinates vendors, supports incident response, and mentors technical staff. Oversees an offshore Systems Engineering team and serves as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and IAM issues.

Processes weekly multi-state payroll for approximately 400 construction employees, including union payroll, adjustments, garnishments, payroll taxes, certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and W-2s. Audits timecards, labor allocations, job costing, and payroll data; reconciles payroll and maintains compliance with wage laws. Partners with HR, Accounting, project managers, and field supervisors while responding to employee inquiries, supporting audits, maintaining confidential records, and improving payroll processes.
