Patrol park grounds and attractions to maintain safety, prevent incidents, enforce rules, manage crowds, respond to emergencies, coordinate with authorities, complete incident reports, and assist guests including reuniting lost children.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round positions, partnering with managers on hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviews, and pre-employment activities. Develop recruiting tools and sourcing strategies, build relationships with schools and community partners, and represent the organization at hiring events. Lead orientation and onboarding programs, oversee new-hire readiness, track recruiting results, and support HR projects and process improvements.

Lead commercial strategy and day-to-day operations for Food & Beverage, Retail, Photography, and Premium Experiences. Drive revenue and profitability via pricing, product mix, promotions, and new offerings; manage budgets/P&L, vendor relationships, compliance, and team development; collaborate cross-functionally and serve as duty manager as needed.

Lead development and execution of trade, partnership, and promotional sales strategy. Own relationship building, contracting, ticketing, campaign management, trade marketing materials, event representation, forecasting, and reporting to drive revenue and attendance goals.
