Lead supplier quality activities for PCB/PCBA and electronics suppliers: audits, supplier qualification (FAI, PVT), quality planning (PFMEA, control plans), SCAR/8D investigations, KPI scorecards, manufacturing readiness, data-driven trend analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability, testability, reliability, and volume production quality.
