The Customer Success Manager will lead implementation and expansion efforts for Public Safety customers, ensuring adoption of Skydio's technology through strong customer relationships and proactive support.

Lead a remote B2B technical support team for drones, hardware, software and cloud products. Own CSAT, first-contact resolution, KPIs, coaching, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration. Use CRM, telemetry, analytics and AI tools to drive rapid, fact-based resolutions and improve team productivity and customer outcomes. Provide hands-on case support and participate in on-call, extended-hours shifts.

Lead hardware test and reliability efforts for autonomous drones: define and execute validation strategies from prototype to production, perform failure analysis, drive corrective actions, contribute design-for-reliability, and use telemetry and data (Python/SQL/AI) to develop prognostics and reliability specs.
