Provide technical sales support to public safety agencies by delivering remote product demos, designing DFR solutions, planning and supporting DFR Dock deployments and trials, integrating with CAD/VMS, collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams, and capturing customer feedback to inform product roadmap.

As a Sr Technical Support Representative, you will provide expertise in customer support for drone operations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback loops.

Lead demonstrations and integrations of Skydio drone solutions for public safety agencies. Run pilot programs, gather customer feedback, support cross-functional delivery, and develop Customer Success Plans while traveling extensively.
