Lead a team of 8–12 data annotators supporting voice-bot projects. Oversee manual testing, error reporting, quality control, process adherence, team training, onboarding, bandwidth management, troubleshooting, escalations, and continuous process improvement while meeting demanding deadlines and client requirements.

Annotate, transcribe, and tag conversational data for AI model training using internal tools. Monitor and analyze conversational bot performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend tooling improvements to increase annotation throughput and quality. The role collaborates closely with product and machine learning teams and requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Process and scrub data in Excel, manually approve calls using an internal tool, monitor call dashboards, analyze call activity, and escalate technical issues to relevant stakeholders. The role supports the US Applications team and requires strong communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency. This is a remote role in India working the US shift from 6 PM to 4 AM IST.
