Lead and manage site GMP, food safety (SQF/HACCP) and employee safety programs for warehouse and blending operations. Oversee audits, training, investigations, corrective actions, product holds/releases, KPIs, and safety compliance (OSHA). Serve as site contact for quality, food safety, Kosher, and crisis/recall teams.

Lead accounting department to ensure accurate, timely GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, audits, A/R and A/P management, inventory valuation, ERP oversight, and team development while partnering with executive leadership to improve profitability and processes.

Lead fleet and transportation operations across multiple locations, manage drivers and logistics coordinator, ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance, optimize routing and costs, coordinate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and maintain audit readiness.

Temporary Blending/Batching Room Associate performing batching, blending, basic sanitation, and QA checks. Operate blending room equipment, follow GMP/HACCP/SQF standards, report food safety or quality issues, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Prepare and maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, perform month-end closes and reconciliations, produce financial and management reports, handle tax and year-end duties, manage banking and cash processes, assist CFO with projects and budgets, and provide administrative support.

Manage and continuously improve GMP quality, food safety (SQF/HACCP) and employee safety programs for warehouse and blending/repackaging operations. Support audits, investigations, CAPA, training, documentation (COAs, specs), supplier/contractor reviews, and crisis response. Act as backup SQF Practitioner and enforce compliance.
