Provides administrative and customer support for the Sales team by preparing quotes, pricing, correspondence, reports, and product information. Maintains customer and prospect data in Salesforce and Sage X3, processes orders and sample requests, coordinates communications among sales managers, customers, vendors, and internal departments, and supports pricing, stocking agreements, and customer documentation. Performs general clerical duties and may attend supplier training or trade shows.

Manages sales growth across the Carolinas by developing customer relationships, meeting revenue and gross profit goals, prospecting, negotiating, managing pipelines, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Partners with customer Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to understand business needs and deliver food ingredient solutions. Leads technical and marketing projects, prepares customer presentations, manages contracts, submits sales reports, and travels weekly, including overnight trips.
