Leads experiential graphic design projects from concept through documentation and delivery. Develops presentations, diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations while coordinating with consultants, clients, and interdisciplinary teams. Creates proposals, interview presentations, resumes, project pages, brochures, and other marketing collateral for an architecture, engineering, and construction firm. Conducts client and project research, supports pursuit strategies and business planning, maintains project data in Salesforce, and contributes to training and professional association activities. Collaborates with senior leaders and develops knowledge of the firm’s services and regional portfolio.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CFO, CLO, and CPO by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, invoices, communications, meetings, client visits, and confidential matters. Coordinates operational, project, and administrative activities for SOM’s Global Product Design and FF&E Practice. Maintains project records, product databases, digital libraries, Revit content, specifications, samples, and manufacturer documentation. Supports product research, custom and licensed furniture development, design reviews, prototypes, product launches, and FF&E strategy across multidisciplinary projects. The role facilitates communication among designers, manufacturers, project teams, and leadership while tracking initiatives, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining accurate, accessible resources.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to local, regional, and remote staff. Responsibilities include managing service desk tickets, configuring Windows, Mac, mobile, cloud, collaboration, conferencing, and architectural software environments, researching solutions, supporting special projects, and participating in weekend and occasional after-hours support rotations.

Support structural teams by building and updating BIM/Revit models and drawings, assist with CAD deliverables, manage model data and schedules, implement BIM standards, and meet project deadlines under senior supervision.
