The Project Manager leads an architectural project team, overseeing project design, compliance, budget management, and client relationships while fostering collaboration and sustainable strategies.

Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and teams: manage calendars, schedule client meetings, arrange travel and visas, prepare presentations/reports, organize projects, maintain licensure and AIA credit records, and handle confidential matters with strong organization and communication skills.

Lead and support communications initiatives: create project narratives, press kits, award submissions, and event/speaking content; manage media relations, internal communications, and SOM digital/social content; maintain media, project, and visual asset databases; coordinate with visual teams and support communications leadership.
