The Production Associate will build sandwiches and other food products on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring proper weights and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Lead EHS and Process Safety Management across multiple sites, ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance (PSM/RMP), conducting PHAs, MI, MOC, training, audits, incident investigations, and driving continuous safety improvement.

Supervise hourly production associates to meet daily schedules, enforce GMP and HACCP food-safety practices, train and counsel staff, manage hiring/discipline, review ADP time punches, monitor quality, sanitation, and resource planning for 1st or 2nd shift manufacturing operations.

Manage and support capital and process improvement projects from design through start-up across plants. Plan schedules, budgets, equipment specs, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements. Travel to sites (~50%) and ensure GMP and food safety training and compliance.
